Canceling an Order Before Shipping
  • You can cancel your order. within 12 hours from its registration or before being sent the product, whichever occurs first.

  • If the order has not been shipped, you will receive full refund with the same payment method you used.
Cancel after Sending
  • Unfortunately, once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  • You can, however, proceed to product return according to Returns Policy, provided that the relevant conditions are met.
Product Unavailability

  • You have the right to return products within 14 days from the date of receipt.

Refund
